  • You may especially benefit from nutrition coaching if you have tried numerous times to meet a health goal, and still haven’t made the progress you want. Also - if you are overwhelmed by the whole process, don’t know where to start, and want a professional to walk you through a customized program (that you can’t just find on chatgpt), this is for you.

    But the short answer is everyone! Even dietitians need dietitians! But seriously, nutrition is ever-evolving. There is always something new to learn and improvements to be made. How beautiful is that?

  • A registered dietitian completes a 4 year undergraduate degree in nutritional sciences, going in depth with the psychology, biology, and chemistry behind foods impact on our body. This is followed by a 1200-hour accredited and supervised dietetic internship (and now Masters Degree), and lastly required to pass the Registered Dietitian Exam. Registered Dietitians typically counsel with medical nutrition therapy for disease management and prevention.

    Nutritionists also have a passion for helping others through diet and lifestyle changes, and complete a test after choosing and selecting an online course, in a more condensed fashion.

  • You will feel supported every step of the way. Our plans determine how many hours of text support outside of appointment time that is allotted, however there is always an option for 24/7.

  • That is absolutely something can be provided, however we will go much more in depth than that. A meal plan is not a long term solution. We will be changing your habits permanently, and enhancing your knowledge so that you have the skill set to make your own meal plan.
