Peyton O’Haire, Owner

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed & Certified

I am a registered dietitian in my late twenties supporting both men and women along their path to better health. In 2022, I made the decision to move to St. Pete Beach, Florida after realizing it was time to put myself outside my comfort zone. This mindset shift has allowed me to constantly refine and test new lifestyle choices that I have practiced alongside my 200+ clients over the years.

My own health journey sparked something powerful in me - a deep desire to help others discover potential they didn't know they had. That's what makes nutrition coaching so fulfilling.

My Turning Point: You cannot outwork a poor diet

I have been going to the gym since middle school. It was never a chore for me - I thoroughly enjoyed it. But toward the end of high school, I began gaining weight, even though I was training harder than ever. At first, I was confused. I felt like I was doing everything right but getting more and more discouraged with the lack of progress. Eventually, it clicked. The missing piece wasn't my workouts - it was my nutrition.

That realization sparked a years-long journey of trial and error with my diet. I began making small changes, learning how food impacted not only how I looked, but how I felt. Over time, I started to feel better than I ever had - stronger, happier, more energized, and aligned with my goals. Through that process, I gained a deep appreciation for the power of nutrition, and how essential it is, no matter how active you are.

Experience

During my time at Penn State, I completed a 4 year nutrition degree and immersed myself in all things food and fitness. After graduating in nutritional sciences, I then completed a 1,200 hour dietetic internship at Meredith College. During this additional year of learning, I worked predominantly in the clinical space and private practice setting, learning from top hospitals and highly rated dietitians.

In addition to my Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship, I completed additional training through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to specialize in weight loss. I served as the Outpatient Organ Transplant dietitian at HCA Largo Hospital, and then became a remote dietitian at Foodsmart. I hold a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license and certification.

When I am not brainstorming new recipe creations, I am biking to the sunset with my boyfriend, obsessing over the neighborhood stray cats, or scheduling my next music festival adventure. Right now, I absolutely love making salsa in the blender (inspired by my mom of course), and fresh squeezed skinny spicy margs.

I cannot wait to meet you and look forward to being a part of your path to a better you!
